Chronic Pain Management Jamaica | Non-Surgical Back, Knee & Joint Pain Treatment
Chronic Pain Management · Jamaica

Chronic Pain Management in Jamaica — Without Surgery.

Advanced, minimally invasive treatments to relieve chronic pain in the neck, back and joints. You've taken the painkillers and done the physiotherapy, yet the pain remains. Perhaps a surgeon has already told you an operation is your only remaining option. Even so, there is another path — and most patients walk out the same day.

Chapter One
Why One Treatment Isn't Enough

Chronic Pain Rarely Has a Single Cause

Pain from an old sports injury behaves differently than pain from arthritis, which behaves differently than nerve pain or chronic inflammation. Treating them all the same way is why so many people cycle through medications, injections, and even surgery without lasting relief.

Regenerative medicine takes a different approach — working with your body's own repair mechanisms to address the source of the pain, not just mask the symptom. The right treatment depends on what's actually happening in your body, which is why we start every case with a real consultation, not a standard protocol.

Chapter Two
Is This You?

Most of Our Patients Arrive Having Already Tried Everything.

Pain that has lasted longer than three months
Waking at night because of your back, neck or knee
Told you need a joint replacement, and you are not ready
Steroid injections that work for a few weeks, then stop working
Painkillers you have been taking far longer than you intended
Giving up things you love — walking, the gym, golf, dancing, playing with your grandchildren

If you recognised yourself in even two of those, book the consultation.

Chapter Four
The Treatments

Four Regenerative Options. Your Physician Selects.

You do not need to choose between these. That is what the consultation determines.

Stem Cell Therapy

Your body's own repair cells, concentrated and delivered precisely to the damaged site to reduce inflammation and support tissue regeneration. Best suited to advanced joint wear and long-standing degeneration.

Exosome Therapy

Exosomes are the signalling packages cells use to send repair instructions to one another. This delivers those signals directly, without introducing cells — a lighter-touch option.

PRF & PRP Therapy

Platelet Rich Fibrin and Platelet Rich Plasma concentrate the healing factors already in your blood and place them into the injured tissue. Widely used for tendon, ligament and early-stage joint pain.

Regenerative Injections & Supportive Care

Targeted injection therapy, IV nutrient protocols and metabolic support to give your body what it needs to complete the repair it has started.

What Makes Us Different

We will tell you when we cannot help you.

Regenerative medicine is not right for every patient or every condition. For example, where a joint has collapsed completely, or where nerve compression needs a surgeon, treatment here would waste your money and your time. Instead, you will hear that at your consultation — not after you have paid for a protocol. In short, we would rather lose the treatment and keep your trust.

"If we cannot help you, we will tell you and point you toward who can."
Why Bioregeneration

Not a General Practice That Added This Later.

Jamaica's first regenerative medicine facility
A physician every step — your assessment, plan and procedure are directed by a physician on our team, never handed to a technician
Root cause, not masking — painkillers manage the symptom; regenerative therapy addresses the tissue producing it
Two locations — New Kingston and Montego Bay
Same-day, no hospital stay — local anaesthetic only; most patients resume normal activity within 24 to 48 hours
Integrated care — weight, metabolic health and nutrition are addressed alongside treatment, because they determine whether it works

What's Stopping You?

Let's Address That.

"JMD $18,000 is a lot for one visit."+
It is a real amount of money, and you deserve to know what it buys: a physician's time, a full examination, review of your imaging, and a straight answer about your condition — including whether we can help you at all. Compare it against what you have already spent on painkillers, physiotherapy courses and repeat visits that have not resolved the problem. Health insurance is accepted, and many plans cover part or all of it.
"I have tried everything already."+
That is exactly who we see. The treatments you have tried manage pain or improve mechanics. Regenerative therapy targets the damaged tissue itself. It is a different mechanism, not a stronger version of the same thing.
"I am not sure I believe in this."+
Healthy scepticism is sensible. Come with it. Ask hard questions at your consultation and judge the answers. We would far rather have a patient who understood what they agreed to.
"I am afraid of needles and procedures."+
Local anaesthetic is used at every treatment site. There is no general anaesthetic and no hospital admission. Most patients describe pressure and discomfort rather than pain.
"Maybe I should wait and see if it settles."+
You have already waited longer than three months — that is the definition of chronic. Degenerative change is progressive. The cartilage, disc or tendon you still have is the most you will ever have again, and it is exactly what treatment works with. Waiting reduces your options.
Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Book

What does the consultation cost?+
JMD $18,000. That covers a full physician consultation, physical examination, review of your existing imaging, and a personalised treatment plan with complete costing. Health insurance is accepted and many plans cover part or all of it.
What does treatment cost?+
It depends on which therapy is indicated, how many sites are treated and how many sessions you need — which is why we cannot quote it before examining you. You receive full costing at your consultation, before committing to anything.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?+
No. Book directly with us. If you are already under a specialist's care, bring your reports and imaging — it makes your first visit far more productive.
Is regenerative pain treatment painful?+
Local anaesthetic is used at the treatment site. Most patients describe the procedure as uncomfortable rather than painful, and mild soreness for a few days afterwards is normal.
How long before I feel a difference?+
Some patients notice reduced pain within two to three weeks; most see meaningful change between six weeks and three months as tissue repair progresses. It is not an instant fix.
Will this help me avoid joint replacement surgery?+
For some patients it has delayed or removed the need for surgery. For others, particularly where joint damage is very advanced, surgery remains the better option. An honest answer requires an examination.
Am I too old for this?+
Age alone does not disqualify you. Your overall health, the condition being treated and the extent of tissue damage matter far more.
How many sessions will I need?+
Some conditions respond to a single treatment; others need a short series. This is determined at assessment, not guessed at in advance.
